Vietnam still is a less touristic and in most parts unspoilt paradise. The country has to offer an exceptionally high level of biodiversity. It is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The incredibly long coastline on Vietnam’s west coast and some little in the south, such as Phu Quoc are making Vietnam a perfect tourist destination to relax or go scuba diving.
There are not too many dive sites around the waters of Vietnam and when picturing the world's most idyllic scuba diving destinations, Vietnam may not be the first to spring to mind. But with its diverse marine ecosystems, warm tropical waters and year-round diving, Vietnam has become a popular destination, definitely worth a visit. The area around Nha Trang is blessed with wonderful white sand beaches. It is one of the more popular diving destinations in Vietnam. Around here you can especially find smaller reef fish and pristine hard and soft corals.
